Breakfast was good, having the hot breakfast option instead of a simple continental breakfast was nice. The location was good, the venue for the event/convention was great and the staff were wonderful.

I liked the breakfast buffet. The locations were excellent. We stayed in the Holiday Inn coming and going and I would stay at the Holiday Inn again. The Holiday Inn on the way home was connected to a steak house, I think it was a Ponderosa. It was very convenient to have the breakfast buffet and the steak dinner within walking distance. The rooms were clean and equipped with a hair dryer. Since I wash my hair every night that was very convenient. The rooms were clean and the bathroom also had soap and lotion. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was running and quiet. I was very pleased with the Holiday Inn at all locations.

We arrived a little early to town. They got us into our room without making us wait till the actual check in time. They knew we needed to get ready for the concert they are helped us out in the big way! If we had to wait till check in time we for sure would have been stuck on the highway trying to get into the arrowhead parking lot! Because of this we got into our seats with lots of time to spare and didn’t get stuck on that massive Beyonce traffic jam!

bed was very comfortable We came from Iowa for the game at Arrowhead and it was worth it. we were very happy with the stay and it was near all the shopping we needed also.

We loved the way they treated our dog. Staff were very kind and helpful. We also loved how they gave our dog treats.

Large room with very comfortable desk that was perfect for work, nice office chair. A large one-sitter couch with foot rest was a very nice surprise, sitting and relaxing watching TV there with a cup of coffee was pretty great. Super comfortable bed, nice soft and clean sheets and very quiet area, and the attached restaurant is amazing !

Staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂! Always someone at the front desk, no matter what breakfast was great and made to order,,planning to stay there in November when we go back!
